The Murdannia bright star is an attractive indoor plant characterized by shiny, narrow, and elongated leaves with vibrant colors ranging from light green to bright pink. The plant usually reaches a height of 10 to 15 centimeters. During the flowering period, generally from April to October, this exotic plant produces small purple flowers.
Care
Although the Murdannia bright star is relatively easy to maintain, the plant has specific requirements to thrive. A well-draining soil type is crucial to prevent the roots from being waterlogged and rotting. The plant needs enough light but must be protected from direct sunlight to avoid leaf burns. It is recommended to water the plant regularly, but it is important to allow the soil to dry between waterings. The ideal temperature for the plant ranges between 15-30°C.
