The Ficus lyrata, also known in French as the common name Fiddle Leaf Fig, originates from West Africa. It is found in tropical forests, particularly from Cameroon to Côte d’Ivoire. It belongs to the Moraceae family. In the wild, the Ficus lyrata can become a tree reaching up to 12 meters in height.
