Origin
The Ficus binnendijkii ‘Amstel King’, better known as ‘Alii’, originates from Southeast Asia and Northern Australia. In these regions, the plant grows in tropical rainforests and on the moist slopes of mountains. Narrow and long leaves as well as an elegant growth habit characterize this particular species of Ficus, which made its way to the Western world in the early 20th century.

Care

The Ficus ‘Amstel King’ is also temperature sensitive and prefers a consistent temperature between 18 and 24 degrees Celsius.
