Origin
The Ficus binnendijkii ‘Amstel King’, better known as ‘Alii’, originates from Southeast Asia and Northern Australia. In these regions, the plant grows in tropical rainforests and on the moist slopes of mountains. Narrow, long leaves, as well as an elegant growth manner, characterize this particular species of Ficus, which made its way to the Western world in the early 20th century.
Characteristics
The Ficus binnendijkii ‘Amstel King’ is characterized by its long, narrow, dark green leaves that hang gently. Care

The plant needs a moderate amount of water, and it is good to let the soil dry slightly between waterings to avoid root rot.
