Characteristics
The Dracaena fragrans ‘Tornado’ is a green indoor plant. This plant is recognizable by its twisting motion in its leaf, hence the addition of ‘Tornado’ to its name. The leaves have a dark green color with a shiny finish and grow on long, thin stems. The ‘Tornado’ stems can reach a height of 6 meters, but when grown in a pot, they generally remain smaller.
Care
When caring for the Dracaena fragrans ‘Tornado’, it is important to know that this plant does not cope well with excess water. To avoid rings on the leaves, it’s important to water the plant with lime-free water. Regarding light, the ‘Tornado’ thrives in a semi-shaded place and does not tolerate direct sunlight well.
